ICCRA operates through a network of regional chapters, each led by practitioners with direct experience in their region’s control room landscape. Chapters run their own events, content programmes, and engagement activities – rooted in local context and sector-relevant challenges.

All chapters share ICCRA’s global standards, four focus areas, and professional network. Members of any chapter are part of the wider international community and have access to global resources and the annual World Congress.

The ICCRA Europe Chapter serves critical control room professionals across the UK and continental Europe. It runs its own events programme and regional engagement activity alongside the global congress and ICCRA’s wider initiatives.

The chapter is led by practitioners with deep experience in European public safety, utilities, transport, and infrastructure environments.

The ICCRA North America Chapter serves critical control room professionals across the United States and Canada. It runs its own events programme and regional engagement activity, connecting practitioners across North American sectors including public safety, utilities, and transportation.
